about_drdebDr. Deb received her BA in Sociology from Brandeis University in 1981. She earned an MA in Clinical Psychology at Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1983, and her Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology at Rutgers Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology in 1987. Her internship was at Newton Memorial Hospital Center for Mental Health and she worked there for several post-doctoral years. She has been licensed to practice in New York since 1990 and kept offices in both Newton, New Jersey and Warwick until 1997, at which time she chose to work exclusively in the Warwick location.

Dr. Deb has been married for 37 years and is the mother of two incredible adults. In addition to being a psychologist, she is a professional potter, a cook and a runner. She hikes, kayaks, and forages; practices yoga, meditation, and mindfulness; and always shares her wooded home with a least one cat.
